Modern management make more sence when viewed in the light of its foundations; the search for a harmony of people and organizations undertaken by the modern berhaviorists actually began many years ealier. These efforts were directed at a just adapatation of human needs and aspirations to the requirements and goals of the organizatios. “Harmony” means agreement between the part of design or composition that gives a pleasing unity of effect, whether it be in music, art, or organizational life. This article probes the modern quest to resolve the conflict between the logic of efficiency and the logic of sentiments, the search to meet human needs while fulfilling the objectives of the organization

DEKONSTRUKSI CERITA ABSURD NUKILA AMAL

Teks sastra berkait dengan membaca secara dekonstruktif. Cerpen berjudul Hari Anya Jatuh Cinta dan Syam karya Nukila Amal (2010) bisa dibaca dengan menekankan wacana dekonstruksi. Berdasar pada wacana dekonstruksi, narasi dan relevansi antara keduanya kata dalam narasi Hari Anya Jatuh Cinta bisa meninggalkan kenyataan dan regularitas makna dan absurdisme mengalir berdasar pada kepercayaan ke-tak berarti-an pada dunia regulasi narasi dan konsep difference yang menjadi efek permainan konsep atau kata untuk sebuah perwujudan verbalisasi dan nominalisasi. Aktifitas teori poststruktural seperti ini ketika diterapkan terhadap cerpen bisa menggambarkan diskusi teoretis dan metodologis. Narasi akan dikonfirmasi ulang dengan pembacaan terhadap teks secara dekonstruksi. Narasi dipaparkan secara analisis dekonstrutif, dielaborasi dan terintegrasi dengan simbol dalam bentuk kata dan bahasa. Lalu penjelasan selanjutnya akan diarahkan  pada regularitas makna, dan ke-tak berarti-an pada regulasi narasi dan konsep difference yang menjadi konsepsi efek permainan konsep atau kata untuk sebuah perwujudan verbalisasi dan nominalisasi

Perbandingan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas rsbi dan regular ditinjau dari motivasi belajar siswa kelas vii semester gasal di smp al islam 1 surakarta tahun 2011/2012

ABSTRAK PERBANDINGAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS RSBI DAN REGULAR DITINJAU DARI MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VII SEMESTER GASAL DI SMP AL ISLAM 1 SURAKARTA TAHUN 2011/2012 Priyawan Lintang Soekarno, A410070084. Skripsi. Surakarta: Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta 2011, 65 halaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas RSBI dan Regular, (2) perbedaan hasil belajar ditinjau dari motivasi belajar siswa kelas RSBI dan Regular, (3) efek interaksi motivasi belajar siswa dan sistem penyelenggaraan pendidikan tehadap hasil belajar siswa matematika kelas RSBI dan Regular. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Al Islam 1 Surakarta tahun 2011/2012 RSBI sebanyak 1 kelas dan kelas Reguler sebanyak 7 kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian siswa kelas VII RSBI dan sebagian siswa kelas Reguler. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Sistematic random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi sebagai metode pokok dan angket sebagai metode bantu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel tak sama yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Dari hasil penelitian pada α = 5%, diperoleh: (1) ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas RSBI dan Regular siswa kelas VII SMP Al- Islam 1 Surakarta, dengan Fa = 51.057, (2) ada perbedaan hasil belajar ditinjau dari motivasi belajar siswa kelas RSBI dan Regular, dengan Fb = 35.557, (3) tidak ada efek interaksi motivasi belajar siswa dan sistem penyelenggaraan pendidikan tehadap hasil belajar siswa matematika kelas RSBI dan Regular SMP Al-Islam 1 Surakarta, dengan Fab = 2.846

NARRATIVES OF AFFECTION IN FIVE FEET APARTWRITTEN BY RACHEL LIPPINCOTT, TOBIAS IACONIS, AND MIKKI DAUGHTRY

Five Feet Apart is a romance novel written by Rachel Lippincott, Tobias Iaconis, and Mikki Daughtry about the love of two teenagers who are unable to be close to each other due to illness. This study aims to describe and explain the various types of love language and figurative love language found in the novel Five Feet Apart. This research is based on library resources. This research takes a qualitative approach. The issue in this study is the novel Five Feet Apart's various types of love languages and figurative language of love language. This investigation is divided into three stages. The first step is to gather information. Reading notes is the technique employed. Data analysis is the stage that comes after data collection. The data is analyzed descriptively. The results of the data analysis are then presented in the form of a presentation that includes an explanation of the novel Five Feet Apart. The theoretical triangulation validation method was used, which included document reading, recording, and analysis stages. According to the findings of this study, the expressions in the novel Five Feet Apart use a variety of love languages, including words of affirmation, quality time, physical touch, receiving gifts, and acts of service. Furthermore, in the novel Five Feet Apart, hyperbole, metaphor, simile, and personification are examples of figurative language of love language.

PENGARUH KEJELASAN SASARAN ANGGARAN, PENGENDALIAN AKUNTANSI, DAN PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASITERHADAP AKUNTABILITAS KINERJA INSTANSI PEMERINTAH PADA BADAN TENAGA NUKLIR NASIONAL

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris secara parsial dan simultan tentang pengaruh kejelasan sasaran anggaran, pengendalian akuntansi, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap akuntabilitas kinerja instansi pemerintah pada Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pejabat eselon III dan IV yang ada pada Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pejabat eselon III dan IV pada Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional kawasan pusat sejumlah 55 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kejelasan sasaran anggaran dan pengendalian akuntansi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap akuntabilitas kinerja instansi pemerintah. Sedangkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas kinerja instansi pemerintah

IMAGINATION AND AMBITION OF CHILDREN CHARACTER IN J.K. ROWLING NOVEL HARRY POTTER AND THE ORDER OF PHOENIX (2003)

Every parent has high hopes for their children. They will protect their children from a bad environment to keep them from behaving badly too. This is also because their minds will be influenced by the environment in which they grow and develop. Because this research is based on literature, the researcher uses literary devices to support good and accurate research. Therefore, this paper uses qualitative research that provides description of the phenomena. For more technical analysis on the comparison of the data taken from the novel, this research uses comparative literature method. The results show that novel Harry Potter and The Order of Phoenix presents clearly the struggle of Harry and his friends to defeat Voldemort and his followers. Therefore, after the death of his parents, Harry was entrusted to a good family and an environment filled with people who really care about him. Imagination and ambition will be created on the basis of the thoughts of the doer. Therefore, the development of character in terms of ambition and imagination was found in the novel.Keywords: Literature, Children Character, Imagination, Ambitio

CINEMATOGRAPHY IN GABRIELE MUCCINO’S THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS (2006)

This study aimed to study cinematography elements presented in Gabriele Muccino’s The Pursuit of Happiness (2006). To analyse the object of the research, it used cinematography theory by Blain Brown. The study used descriptive qualitative research design. Drama genre is one of the biggest and popular genre in the movie industry, since it shares some empathy, hopes, aspirations, dreams and fears (Editors, 2018). It focused on analysing the dramatic aspect through cinematography using Gabriele Muccino’s The Pursuit of Happiness (2006) movie. The study found that many cinematography elements in Gabriele Muccino’s The Pursuit of Happiness (2006) are proven using dramatic aspect from both lighting and camera technique. In conclusion, the movie shows a drama genre movie which has cinematography elements that need to be added to deliver the emotion of the story and to increase dramatic elements in the movie. Keywords: cinematography, genre, dram
